Giants a 3.5 experience (IC)

I already made the spell, and the DM approved it. I used my rod of excellent magic to cover the 2000 exp cost for casting the spell, though I forgot to roll for backlash damage- here it is, I guess.

By the spellcraft check for it, I was refer to the one needed to cast the spell. Also, Shiver and shake have been added to list of people who get to act before you run away. Looks like that 104 damage might cause you problems.
