I've spaced out each category so it's easier for whoever takes my request to read.

Equipment: Dress shoes, dress pants, white dress shirt with a black tie. Blue high-collar long jacket with white trim. Ice gauntlets (preferably clawed). Ice sword (think Frostmourne)

Special Features: He has eyes that diffuse from purple, outwards to blue. He is smirking.

Hair color: Black (slicked back)

Pose: Standing straight, forward facing. Sword is stuck vertically in the ground to his right, with his right hand resting open-palmed on the pommel. His left hand is raised shoulder-height, open palmed, a ball of ice floating above it.
