Ethan casually shows his ID to the gaurds, not really paying attention.

The guards wave the two of you through, scanning you IDs as you pass.

You find yourselves on a fairly flat, open route. High grass rises to either side of the road.

She applies a thirty pound force and and the rock harmlessly sails back. So that's the kind of test this is. She shifts around, looking for where the rock would be fired from. She feels for any minds in the distance, the one of the person operating the firing mechanism, specifically.

The rock flies away harmlessly. Unfortunately you can't find any sort of mechanism. This time two slightly larger rocks are fired, one coming at you from either direction.
