For the first time in ages, he seems genuinely happy. "I'm proud of them. It's been so long since I've delivered a baby that I'd forgotten how enjoyable this moment would be." He whispers back.

Carl lays next to his wife on the bed with one arm above them, on the pillow, and the other gently stroking Luke's head. "He's perfect." He swears to Sunny before kissing her gently on the cheek. "I love you. Both of you." He tells them before kissing the top of Luke's head as well.
