Sophia led the procession into Free Port. The smell was the first thing to greet them. The sights of rampant poverty were next. Children lined the roads begging for food. Sophia seemed suprised and handed off her loaf of bread.

She didn't seem to notice one of the older children was using the cover to dig through her saddle bags.
