Well, Raksasha aren't a war-focused race, so i could still do a humanoid tiger race, right? or maybe a Half-Dragon race...
If I remember correctly the Raksasha are based off of a race created to fight a divine war in Hindu mythology and they were a race of felinoids who had been born to simply fight the war, then after the war was over it was never explained what happened if I remember right.
