Nothing, just the whistling wind and the sound of the ground underneath their steps. Eventually they came across the decrepit building that held the entrance way to the crypt. The stone and wooden door frame was partially sunken forcing a tight single file line before it opened up a bit into the dimly lit catacombs below...

After dropping off his mecha, taking out the key, and walking up to where everypony else was, he assessed the situation.

Alas! He would only find Hover! And maybe Taylor in the briefing room with the ninja, captured vampony, and captured thrall. Seemed the others thought he was gonna stay behind or something. How inconsiderate, darn that captain!
