First, where the hay is Yutican? I've heard of the Yucatan Peninsula, but... Also, you've got a bunch of other formatting/grammar issues.
Second, considering how Columbus and his men treated the natives they actually found, I seriously doubt things would progress anything like as smoothly as you propose.
As for the questions...
1) Odds are, it'd start with the Spaniards trying to either capture somepony as a beast of burden or hunt them. Either way, other ponies would take umbrage at that. Assuming communication of some sort can be established, I imagine there'd be some kind of decree of "this land is our land, go home and tell your Princess(es) that".
2) No idea.
3) ... ... Loath as I am to apply the concept to Equestria, especially Equestria-with-canon-ponies-in-it, I can come up with no more likely answer than war.
Bear in mind, though, that I am not a student of late-fifteenth-century Spain.
