To be fair Rick doesn't have a health bar either. Or at least not one that he can see. That sort of thing is for player eyes only after all! No doubt someone with crazy fourth wall breaking powers could spot it. But thankfully no one of that sort is around right now.

Which is probably a good thing.

The Nexus is weird enough without the extra weird folks making it weirder.
