Luckily for me none of the legendary weapons appeal to me, I don't think I could stand the grind, and I'm not much of a dungeon runner either.

What really sucks is that to reach 100% map completion you have to explore the wvw maps. From what I understand, dungeons don't count, though.

That is correct.

It helps that the legendary I like most for my Necro is underwater. The only ground weapon skin that could really fit with necro is the Axe, but I like the Reaver of the Mists better. And an underwater legendary will be pretty unique!
