Basically she's identical to you except that you have a Y chromosome and she doesn't?
Well the child would be incredibly inbred. That might not be a problem depending on your genes and what deleterious alleles you are carrying. So the chances of some genetic disorders would be dramatically increased. Still likely their would only be minor problems. As long as the child didn't pull the same trick things would probably work out (inbreeding gets worse with every generation)
As for a special name? None. Plants self-fertilize all the time and it's offspring don't get a special name.
