Magic Staff included in a weapon

@Ravens_Cry: All staffs require a Masterwork Quaterstaff to be used in their creation, so ALL staffs can be used as a quaterstaff.

I thought so. Adding a blade wouldn't be that much of a deal in my view.
Historically, I believe quarterstaffs were used more like spears anyway.
