I'd particularly like the issue on full attack lobotomies to be expounded on. Is it because it allows multiple chances to succeed?
The simple answer to that is 2 things: 1 as written it's unclear whether they have to make multiple saves against an effect each round allowing you to force multiple saves or lose in a round (since touch attacks will hit almost always) or 2 if you go with 2-Weapon Fighting you can go with a sneak attack style build which struck me as a little off and got worse when you add on the bonus damage and save or lose effects even if those were only suffered once per round.
