I think my favorite might be the Warforged Wizard, though. I picture him trying to be a wizard and not being very good at it, so he dutifully studies the most powerful wizards to find out what they have in common that he lacks. His conclusion? Beards.
I also like the Changeling Wizard. Just looks right, you know?
