The Rage Mage prestige class in complete warrior is what you're looking for. Sure there are plenty of other prestige and base classes designed to be both warriors and arcane spellcasters but the Rage Mage is the only one with the barbarian specifically in mind. Among other things it allows you to cast spells while in a rage.
