The summary isn't the right medium for this kind of research. A summary can only give a overview of the plot, some highly memorable events, and a very high-level view of character appearances. Usage of such or such arrow doesn't qualify as memorable, imho. If we were to support somebody looking for adamantium, then every summary would have to list unusual weapons, unusual spells, unusual actions, character feelings, you name it. In other words: Familicide is big enough to be mentioned by name in a summary. Adamantine arrows, not so much. (There is a tiny chance that they turn out to be super-important, but we won't know that until later).
If one wishes to find where adamantine arrows were used, a search through WombatOfDoom's transcription (a phenomenal piece of work, I may add) is the correct tool.
