Well yeah Arceus has base 120 speed, Arceus is also Uber, sure Silvally is only base 95, but compared to the rest of the SM meta it has decent speed. When I said look at an Arceus set and see what you can copy, I was implying that there are some similar roles that Silvally can copy, not all of them (mainly lacking Recover).

It can't match Water Arceus's functionality for lack of Recover; it can't match Normal Arceus for lack of Extremespeed; it might be able to do something with Ghost, but it's outmatched there by Alolan Marowak. Arceus is a bad parallel to Silvally, despite the multitype similarities.
