D&D 3.5 Psions have to choose a discipline. Nomads are Psions who have chosen Psychoportation, which comprises of powers related to movement, time, and most importantly, teleportation. This includes the 9th-level power, teleportation circle, psionic, which is essentially a portal.

I was planning to say something like this during my last game, but the DM went AWOL.


*If I check GitP and I find a build that's almost identical to yours, it's vetoed unless you have a very good reason. And maybe not even then.
