General Anime/Manga Discussion 15: The Beach Episode

Parasyte is kinda cheating, since it was about 20 years old at time of release. The manga was already a classic. It's like raving over how JoJo's anime was an instant classic.

I also don't know anyone that proclaims Tokyo Ghoul as some must see anime either, mind.

But Space Dandy was commonly discussed when it was on, just as much as any of those. It's just it's not on any more. Most people don't strike up casual conversations about ANY of those these days. That's just the nature of the current anime community. "It's not airing now, so who cares?"
