The news that their quarry escaped is dire indeed. Xaanthios' mind races, possibilities and outcomes clashing in an instant with only one clear result: "We are in trouble."

He steps quickly to the potion cabinet and gathers the Potion to Cure Blindness and hustles up the stairs, carefully gathering his mind to face any further potential dangers ahead.
