      Liwei Academy's primary teachings are based on fundamental Realtist philosophy, marking it as one of the biggest centers of learning in the known galaxy dedicated to one such cause. Intentionally or not, through this many billion credit institution, Celestia Enterprises may eventually become united in philosophy without other pressures. The teachers are taxed, however, with guarding the Vault of Peace that lies with the most sacred part of the campus... Playing host to the item that has changed hands nearly seven times since it's original uncovering - the Library of Peace. Access to it is very rare, and the security state of the art. In the words of Headmaster Yazhu, "None enter. None leave."

      When the university finally finishes completion, the artifact itself is brought in an armored ship with no less than eight maximum security escorts from Syndrome space. Clearly some thought has been put into the protection of the item...

      A grand academy is constructed in W13, with a capacity for nearly a hundred thousands students from across the galaxy. Only the brightest and richest are admitted entry into this beautiful place, which is sure to produce a new generation of people that come together through knowledge despite their racial or geographic differences to better themselves and hopefully work for Celestia Enterprises. Within this place is a grand vault named the 'Archives of Peace,' dedicated specifically to guarding the ever popular knowledge of the Library of Peace...

      The influx of the Realtist 'brand' that is so compatible with Celestian culture already begins to spread.. Already encompassing over half of the outer territories - soon to be all of them.

      One thing has always plagued the wealthy. Theft. Thankfully, Celestia Enterprises is well used to dealing with it. Within their own corporation there is a history of theft and eventual punishment, as that which is not guarded is eventually taken. Where the corporation once was so focused on preventing these injustices internally, the capability of alien races to provide unique ways around standard security measures is alarming; and the whole of (upper) society has come together to recall and enhance their defense against the antithesis of their aristocratic origins.

    1. A new leader rises! After Many years under the rule of Mittens the cat, the feline has finally passed into the afterlife due to natural causes. While the very method of attaining intelligence for the feline is unknown to the public, he was generally well liked and considered something to help Celestia stand out despite their still isolated position among stellar empires. Some criticize Mittens for having been too passive a leader, and that by refusing to explore more regions of space that Celestia has missed out on opportunities that should have appeared to them. In return, however, Celestia Enterprises has become a more stable and unified entity than it has been for most of it's history, even despite the revolution that shot them out onto the galactic edge.
    2. This philosopher who takes the head of the company during the transition period spent much time in the company of Mittens in his final days. He is said to have spoken to the cat, and understands what must be done to protect the people of Celestia while the new CEO is sorted out. Cleverly, he has used the Church of Rust curiosity of caller relics to convince the primary government to let them store the item within his vault. ...Which is a good move, for one expecting an attempt at theft any day now.
