Whether or not we can conclude that, I think that we could conclude that her expanded sending spell isn't likely to be lower level than Sending, hence she is Wizard 9+..

But she said that it was lower level, which is why I don’t support raising her level to 9+, I feel like the whole point of saying it’s a lower level is because The Giant knows Sending is way too high for her to have reasonably reached.
