This may be a little too pedantic even for this thread, but do you have a reference for spell research requiring Spellcraft? I've checked the SRD pages for Spellcraft, Arcane Spells, and Complex Skill Checks, and can't see an explicit reference to this. Could Knowledge (Arcana) be an alternative skill for conducting spell research?
