Sounds like an ENB issue. I don't use them, so I have no clue how to fix it.

Whats an ENB? I kept seeing people on other sites mention that, and I don't know what that is or if I use one either, so I don't think I do. its just for some reason, at some point the sky started being real bright but I didn't install any mods to specifically modify that.

Edit; been investigating, I DEFINITELY do not use an ENB because I have no ENB, no preset, nothing, I think it might the vampires night eye since my character is a vampire, since a lot of the ENB mod pages mention a night eye fix, I'll have to look into it, see if the vampires vision needs to be fixed
