There are some cockroaches outside the food house in front of the entrance, but the swarm seems not to have extended far outside of it, so tool house, at the moment, is safe. There is indeed a "Pest Control" box in the tool house. Inside the box are another box and some set of clothing. Upon closer examination, the smaller box appears locked and the set of clothing appears to be a medium-sized swarmsuit.
