Water is a Universal Solvent: It dissolves, dilutes, or erodes most things, it's mostly a matter of time. The only things it doesn't dissolve are things that react explosively with it or things that are engineered not to be dissolved. "Distilled" water tastes bad when drunk becuase it's actually pulling minerals out of your cells when it comes in contact with the inside of your mouth.

I propose that just as "pure" wind chakra is really good at cutting, "pure" water chakra should be able to function as a solvent.

Thus, a hypothetical perfect Rasengan created with water chakra instead of wind chakra, instead of a massive ball of blades with bigger blades rounding it that explodes into an even bigger ball of blades that shreds you at the cellar level, should be an oscillating spear/lance that dissolves what it pierces.

One-Tails: Shukaku. Takes the form of a raccoon or tanuki. Weakest of the tailed beasts. Powers; Wind Release, Earth Release, Magnet Release, Sand Manipulation, Juinjutsu. Markings are tattoos with magnetic ink used for Juinjutsu, Magnet Release is unique from the bloodline Magnet Release, seemingly only used in Juinjutsu.

Two-Tails: Matabi. Takes the form of a Nekomata. Powers; Fire Realise, unique blue flames with unknown properties.

Three-Tails: Isobu Takes the form of a hybrid of a turtle and shellfish, tails are shrimplike. Powers; Water Release, ability to generate coral.

Four Tails: Son Goku. Takes the form of a massive, monstrous ape/monkey with a crownlike pair of horns. Powers; Fire Release, Earth Release, Lava Release in the form of actual molten lava in both liquid and solid form.(only Lava release that uses actual Lava) May or may not have access to other forms(databook implied that Naruto's Super Tailed Beast Rasengan had the acid form in it.) Known host has unique Chakra Mode where his chakra takes on the properties of magma. Can breathe green fire with unknown properties.

Five Tails: Kokuō: Takes form of a horse with dolphin traits. Powers; fire Release. Water Release. Form of boil release based on boiling its chakra to the point of exploding to improve physical force.

Six-Tails: Saiken. Takes the form of a monstrous slug. Powers: Water Release, Corosice Alkali Generation(Lava Release?) At least one known host showed an affinity for specialized "soap bubble" Water Release techniques.

Seven Tails: Chōmei: Massive Stag Beatle with three pairs of wings taking the place of six of it's tails. Powers unknown, but hosts have demonstrated a glowing powder capable of being ignited in fire or creating blinding flashes of light and this "scale" powder is written with a character for "scale" that refers specifically to the scales or dust of an insect's wings, implying that it's connected to Chomei.

Eight tales: Gyuki, takes the form of a gyuki(haha) also known as an Ushi-Oni, or ox-ogre. Powers; Ink generation, able to free host from Genjutsu.

Nine Tails: Kurama. Massive Kitsune/Youko. Stongest of the tailed beasts. Powers; Wind Release. Able to sense chakra, natural energy, and negative emotions and ill intent, even among people who are hidden from chakra detection, from great distances. Yang Chakra can bring dead wood to life and create trees, Yin Chakra seems to generate darkness. Can heal host's wounds by accelerating cellular division. Chakra is particularly corrosive. Mastering its chakra gives the host a unique, golden transformation with a coat of chakra that negates the damage inflicted by normal Jinchuriki forms, which also alters how fully transforming into the beast manifests. Knows how to mold Senjutsu chakra. Anime filler gives it the power to shoot lasers from its tails and fire release.

Edit 2: Sound village has a music theme in this game, so it seems.

So... Senko obtains Storm Release Bloodline.

Senko obtains Typhoon Release, either from grafting or from just getting that good with wind release.

Senko and/or Kimiko independently recreate the Rasengan, perfect it to create Wind Release Rasenshuriken.

Senko combines it with Senjtusu, as Naruto did in canon... Then further Augments it with Typhoon Release and Storm Release.
