Besides maxing out your Sense Motive skill, is there any good way to get impossible to trick with a feint?

(Being non-intelligent isn't exactly a good option for an adventurer.)

I know feinting is pretty much pointless with the standard rules, and probably still a waste of your action economy even with the Improved Feint feat, making it uncommon in combat.

However, characters really specialized in feinting, with maxed-out Bluff and feint as a free action (there are way to do this) can be very dangerous. Is there a way for a character who really dislike being feinted to counter such a specialist?
