At Gunn's telepathic instigation, all but one of the lesser devils vanishes in a cloud of fiery smoke, the attendant stench of brimstone making breathing still more unpleasant.
The last devil tries desperately to seize hold of Perseus as he bounds away - but misses, claws closing on empty air. The heroic dwarf launches himself into the void, using the fall to close a distance he could never have managed in the time alone; accelerating at bone-jarring speed, he crashes into the ice devil like a meteor. The impact alone fractures chitin; the ensuing whirlwind of steel and sinew reduces the devil to a foul pulp, which dissolves away before your eyes.
The elder devil regards the slaughter of its minions with something close to respect in its eyes. Disregarding Perseus as a threat for now - perhaps not unreasonably, as his leap off the mountain puts him more than 100' from the fiend - he focuses on the supernaturally enlarged Theo. It speaks a single word in an ancient language of power - and on hearing it, Theo finds his thoughts slow to a glacial pace, his body locking rigidly in place.

Theo is stunned for 1 round with no saving throw.
Voicing a sinister laugh, he flares his wings and approaches Theo. At his signal, the last of the lesser devil moves into a flanking position.
"Thus perishes the Champion of Charis, like a lamb to the slaughter."

Everyone except the stunned Theo can now act, but please remember (except for Gunn) you are 100' down the mountain with no line of sight to Theo and the devil.
