Shaking herself off, Louise eased up onto her feet and looked to Reynauld.

"Well, for a second there, this seemed to work fairly well." She looked to the axe. "But I think I may need to invest in some better armor if I'm going to use this on a regular basis. For the moment, I think I'm going back to my bow."

"The world just likes to torment us, I suppose!"

Louise, deciding that the best way to help would be to try and eliminate the archers as soon as possible, drew her bow and fired at the grimlock Cordellia had singed.
