    [Twice but Nice Thrift Shop]

    The hinges, long since rusted over, squeal in defiance as the young man enters the thrift shop. A haze of dust permeates the cluttered room, settling on any free surface it could find. Most of the windows have already been boarded up. Vestiges of sunlight seep through the only uncovered window, lending the shop a vibrance not seen in years.

    A few untrustworthy looking individuals navigate the shop, inspecting cluttered tables.

    Dozens of vases line the room's southern wall. One in particular stands out.

    It appears to have shattered long ago, only to be repaired with strands of glittering gold.
