[Marlick Bay]

Selekhael is temporarily crippled by the Saint's assault on her senses! Thankfully it isn't awake, otherwise the counter attack would have been far more unpleasant.

Benedict lets fly with his flesh-flaying necrotic attack! This actually works pretty great. But the odd thing he'll discover is that every single layer that's peeled away looks exactly like the layer below it. Just sma-

Wait, no.

Bigger?

The Saint is apparently bigger on the inside and it has already nearly doubled in size. This... might be harming it? It's honestly hard to tell. The Saint probably noticed, though, since it just let lose a wave of entropic power in Benedict's general direction. Its aim appears to be off, though. And the strength of the blast isn't nearly as nasty as what just hit Zoph. So the various numbing assaults seem to be working.

Then another pretty cool sword-toss right into the middle of the forest of arms. Quite a few of the limbs are skewered and yanked toward the sword, giving Anchor a clearer path.

And, finally, a spear is cast.

A spear flies true.

A spear pierces the thing that ought not be.

There's no flash of light. No peal of thunder. No ominous rumbling.

It's gone.

Simply gone.

Banished from this world.

With no will to serve as their impetus the remaining arms fall still. The assaults on Selekhael and Zoph fade.

That's...

That's it.

They did it.

They did it!

Our heroes have stopped the doom that came to Marlick Bay!

Also Selekhael's reliquary just filled up a bunch, whatever that means.
