    Firstly, please don't link to sites that contain copyrighted material.

    Secondly, the Dire Maggot listed in Libris Mortis (p.95) says small in its stat block - this may be an error, but not sure if it was corrected in errata. The official index lists it as huge: http://archive.wizards.com/default.a...efilter=maggot

    Other varieties include a Giant Maggot in Underdark (p.88) which is also small.

    Finally, there is the Wiggling Maggot, which is diminutive.
