Tao chuckles to himself at the shopkeeper's antics.
"Were their greatest warriors any good?" He inquires. I's a nice headdress either way, but it doesn't strike him as terribly battle-ready.

Now, Tao does have some skill at identifying magical auras. Or at least he used to. He turns the hand over, trying to get a sense of its authenticity.
"So how come you collect all this stuff if it's so ordinary?"
