Just read through that doc. Damn, Circle of Wildfire Druids losing Fireball really hurts; it was one of the main draws to the subclass to me (as it's a solid non-concentration spell to cast while concentrating on other things).

Tell me about it. I’m peeved as heck, and the rest of the subclass appears to have been nerfed as well.
