Ved says to Kel, whilst pulling his pipe out and packing a small pinch of tobacco into it.

Holding his pipe in one hand Ved makes a series of arcane gestures and rote incantations. His eyes flash purple for a moment then fade to their normal, if disguised, state. With another wave and quick incantation his pipe begins to smoke in his hand.
