She leans back, and shrugs.
"But it's their group. They can run it however they want, I suppose."

Actually, leaning back was a bad idea.
Seraphina leans forward so that she can actually look out at all the things. She doesn't want to miss the whole ride up.

They probably already print some stuff for themselves, anyway." Or they could offer their services in printing propaganda to others, but that's the kind of thing one would want to keep in-house, isn't it?
