If you're unable to keep water down, make sure you don't dehydrate. Get an electrolyte mix/drink, sports drink, or failing that mix some salt in water (a very small amount of salt, usually with sugar, see below). Note: Salt in water is not as good as the specialised drinks, as it doesn't contain other important electrolytes, but it's better than nothing if you're having trouble keeping water down.
