I'm quite fond of a white country-style breakfast sausage gravy as a potpie filling.

I've also had a store-bought "meat-lovers" potpie that was meatballs and pepperoni in a marinara sauce baked into a pie. Probably my favorite savory pie.

I gotta try making that from scratch sometime.

Also wanna try making some cheesy pocket pies with puff pastry. I've seen one that's filled with cheddar sauce and mozzarella and one that's and stuffed with a cream-cheese-ricotta-spinach mixture.
