VIII: sorta. Ultimecia compresses time
IX: honestly I don't recall, but I don't think so
X: nope. You start off thinking yes, but... nope
XI: dunno, never played
XII: nope
XIII: XIII-2 is all about time travel, and Lightning Returns has the whole you-die-go-back-to-start
XIV: dunno, never played
