Carmen, who is totally an elf and not a succubus, tries to sit there looking as casually pretty as possible.

It's not easy, mind you: beauty is in the rye of the beholder, so if she thought about it, instead of trying to look pretty she should be invasively planting into everyone else's memories the memory that they think she's pretty, so that she can harvest that thought later.

Unfortunately, she doesn't even consider that as an option.

So instead, Carmen is stuck awkwardly trying to look aloof and alluring and who-knows-what-else-she-just-looks-a-little-awkward, but give her a break! This is a first for her. Not being the aggressor is hard and exhausting work.
