Sean Pires

Sean starts a long burst walking it across the group of raiders left to right, but then fails to properly control the weapon as it climbs up from recoil. He has to cut the burst short and take time regaining his balance instead of stepping out of the way.

Critical miss effect: You lose your balance. You can do nothing else (not even a free action) until your next turn, and all your active defenses are at -2 until then.

So no step out of the way. Sean will use extra effort dodging the first possible attack and drop dodging the second.
