You've nearly finished the first good meal you've had in a week, when a person wearing a hooded cloak sits down uninvited to your table.

He flips back the hood, revealing elvish ears and nose and a slightly mad smile.

"You look like adventuresome folk," he says with an unsettled tone. "Help me kill a god."

This game is set in the Grave of Heaven. It starts on the snowy, mountainous, heavily pine-forested isle of Yem, where the Death Prince governs with light reins and the necromancers reign free. Your characters could be anything and come from anywhere - tell me your concept and I'll tell you where you're from and what you know.
