I believe Serini is Troll-blooded at this point due to the changes in her voice and her extremities having regenerated.

It's worth pointing out she's using the adamantine dagger effectively as a piton. That lowers the DC considerably. With that said, her comments about winning the second-story championship definitely show she has actual ranks in Climb too.
