    Wait, she could do that, right? He might be making a bit of an assumption here.

    "So anyway, um..." He nervously takes a seat on the mattress next to her, trying to switch the subject before he says something that might offend her. "Um... bird?"

    Nice going, Vlad. If hair was personal, the story of her apotheosis was definitely going to be.
