"Physical bodies feel hunger even if they have reserves. I could eat very little and burn a lot of this fat, but it would be unpleasant for me. More importantly, the original Codebreaker got himself this large and seems to have liked it, and since your setup requires that I pretend to be him, I have to stick to some of the life decisions that he made. Even if it's unhealthy."
To be fair, CB has been working on his cardio even if he's found himself unable to lose much weight.
