Pathfinder, so get Blood Money. Saves the components for Reincarnate and eventually for Cyclic Reincarnate (although you may need to buff up a bit for that one).

Do you have a locksmith? If not, Knock.
Charm Monster is a nice Will save or lose spell.
Dimension Door gets you out of fixes.
There aren't many obstacles that a few castings of Polymorph can't bypass.
