If you read further, tell me how it is. Some intrigue was set up for the second arc but I wasn't quite interested enough to see about the slow burn since it seemed like it was going a "we return to status quo for now but at the end of every arc this subplot will advance" route.

Could you people stop saying "Western Comics" when you mean "American Comics"? It's annoying.

I don't mean American comics. There's plenty of ones from the UK, France, and other countries that fit the same bill, but worse. Nobody gives a **** about them.
