The person manning the counter is a short, older human man with a bushy grey beard and a pair of spectacles clamped to his nose. He accepts Shandara's report and quickly scans through the document. "A report on an enchantment and some related mapping of the elemental plane of water I see. Quite interesting! I didn't see any monograms of existing research groups, so can I assume this is based on personal research? If so, we have an acceptance procedure that will take a couple days, maybe a week." The man explains. "You go into quite sufficient detail, so it mostly consists of someone going through the steps you outlined to confirm your results. Once that's been done we'll give it our stamp of approval and add it to the archives. Does that all sound acceptable?"
