You have Muleback Cords, which I don't see listed under your equipment. It makes your effective carrying weight for light load 49.5. You're also small sized so certain items, that are also small, are only half weight. So your rapier is only 1lb, Shortbow is only 1lb, Chain Shirt is only 12.5 lbs, bedroll is only 2.5lbs, and blanket is only 1.5lbs. So, I think you're good on your light load when you adjust those.
