You don't need AC and BAB... all you need is net bonus. AC 20/+10 attack bonus is the same as AC 10/0 attack bonus. It is about a 40 point spread, from -19 to +19. Since a natural 1 always misses and a natural 20 always hits, net bonuses beyond those numbers won't change the statistics.

Also you don't need a value for damage, just use the 'average damage' as a variable. This generates a table about 40 lines long (net attack bonus) with about 10 columns (various critical ranges/multipliers). I think they are: 20/x2, 20/x3, 20/x4, 19-20/x2, 19-20/x3, 19-20/x4, 18-20/x2, 18-20/x3, 15-20/x2, 15-20/x3. So you'll have a bunch of fractional multipliers in a table that will dictate what portion of your average damage you would do each round. Plug in the numbers for each weapon you have to figure out how to optimize your combat vs. certain ACs.

I could see a warforged running these calculations, maybe... but for the typical adventurer, just use the weapon at hand.
